Glen took a shine to photography early; when he realised as a young teen that if he was holding the camera, he didn't have to be in the family photos. Add to that his Jr. high and high school had great darkroom set-ups, and teachers who were willing to mentor. Glen was off burning through film as fast as his job at the local movie theatre allowed him to pay for it. A brief dalliance in motion pictures (super-8) in the final year of high school and Glen left photography behind for a few years to attend University. In the post University years the camera fell back into his hands, and it felt good.
